We overcame numerous property restrictions by creatively maximizing the available space and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The exterior features metal siding that gives it a modern, durable aesthetic, complemented by a matching detached garage. Despite the challenges, we realized a cohesive design that seamlessly integrates the home and garage with the surrounding landscape, ensuring functionality and visual harmony.
