With this information, we proceed to draft a preliminary site layout, delineating the building outline and other pertinent site elements that require consideration.

Step 3: Exterior design development and realistic renderings providing the option to choose exterior materials and colours
Step 4: Comprehensive working drawings containing all necessary plans and specifications essential for permitting and construction
Permits & Coordination
Our goal is to ensure a positive and hassle-free customer experience. We maintain excellent working relationships with fellow design professionals and will facilitate coordination for the following plans: HVAC, Septic, Surveys and Lot Grading Plans, Structural and Soil Engineers, Roof Truss Plans, and Engineered Floor Joist Plans.
